No. Every home and the market reports are open to everyone. An account simply keeps your saved homes and Buyer Passport in one place.
What is a Buyer Passport?
A short summary of your budget, buying position, finance and timing. It helps sellers take an offer seriously. It is optional and never required to book a viewing.
Do I have to use your mortgage broker or solicitor?
No. Viewing or offering on a home never depends on using any partner we suggest.
Where do your price figures come from?
Sold prices come from HM Land Registry Price Paid data. Anything illustrative is labelled as such on the page.
I have a home to sell as well — can you help?
Yes. Tell us in your Buyer Passport and we can build a combined move plan, or arrange a Strategy Review if you'd like to talk it through.
How do you use my details?
